Shoes came well packed. Only a little bit dented by carrier. Fits true to US size, that is, size 12 (which I ordered) is a little too small for me -- I wear a 13. I used a heat gun to heat and stretch the back straps slightly, so the fit is OK for around the house. Good product for the price.
